Fresh and homemade taste is a highlight for many diners—burgers often taste like they’ve been crafted with love. The signature chili is a must-try, draped over fries or served alongside burgers, adding a distinct kick that keeps patrons coming back. Generous portion sizes make meals satisfying without breaking the bank. The breakfast burritos and French toast are crowd-pleasers, offering hearty options for those who love breakfast at any time. Customers frequently rave about the kind service provided by the owner and staff, enhancing the local touch. Plus, the convenience of quick service during peak times means even the busiest guests can enjoy their meals without a long wait. I appreciate that families feel welcomed here with kid’s menus and high chairs available.
Most Disliked
Despite its many strengths, some visitors mention the seating arrangements can feel cramped during busy hours, pushing diners a bit closer together than preferred. A few customers have noted that the menu could use an update, with prices not always clearly listed, creating some confusion. Cleanliness is generally maintained, but during peak rush hours, quick cleanup of tables can lag behind. Occasionally, the need to request freshly cooked fries has been a point of contention, with diners desiring consistently crispy sides without having to ask. Some patrons express that the facilities, while functional, are a bit worn and could benefit from a refresh. These minor issues can detract from an otherwise phenomenal dining experience that is cherished by many.

First impressions as i walked in was that the place was busy and on the smaller side, not too much room inside to sit besides a few tables , they also have a few tables on the outside. The menu is outdated and the meals don’t have prices only some of the items do. I decided to order a la carte and went with the cheese burger and an order of fries. The taste of the fries and burger were good. The burger tasted home made and fresh and so did the fries. Although the place was busy and only had two people working they were fast and friendly. They have outside restrooms that very clean. I would come back if i was in the area

This location is great. The food is always fresh and Jose who is the owner is always nice. He and his wife make sure that all the food is made fresh from the salsa to the guacamole. It is a little pricey, but it’s definitely worth it knowing that you’re not getting a bunch of chemicalized food The burgers are great. The salads are good. Love the French toast. Everything you get here is always made fresh nothing ever sits around. I do sometimes have to ask for the french fries to be fresh or a little bit crispy but other than that everything is always good always delicious. The portions are great and the pricing is not bad. They do have burger deals but again 10 out of 10. Totally recommend.

I got the char-broil chicken sandwich combo.(total $15.42) It is good! The chicken was very juicy. Tons of yummy fries. It’s my new favorite item to get at VJ‘s burgers.(Half way through I decided to take pictures) Love the cheese burgers and chili fries too.

👉Better than In-N-Out 😮 👉No In-N-Out line ⏳🚗🚙🚗🚗🚙 👉Generous portions (well worth the +$1~$2 per burger vs. In-N-Out; SM fries are more than enough for two people) 🍟🍔👨👩💕 👉Wide variety on menu (breakfast, Mexican food, lunch, dinner, fish, etc.) Come to VJ’s Burgers and you won’t be disappointed. It’s a mom and pop so if you’re gonna eat out, you can pay a slightly higher price knowing it’s going to a local business and not a corp. Facilities themselves are a little run down but it’s the food that really counts. 😊

Really good chorizo breakfast burrito, good flavor and spicy red salsa. Bigger than your normal burrito.
